How often do you train with former CFC (Cage Fighting Championship) Light Heavyweight World Champion, who currently fights for the UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship) with fight of the night honours, and has over a decade of MMA experience?
James Te Huna has fought some of the highest calibre fighters in his stacked division for over four years; such as Alexander Gustafasson and Glover Texeira whom have both fought for the Light Heavy Weight belt. Win loose or draw this man has always embodied a heart of warrior inside the cage, just watch his fight with Ryan Jimmo where he came back from adversary to win. He is a great ambassador for our sport here in New Zealand. He is coming off a long lay off period due to a shoulder injury that had given him problems in the past.
Before he makes his way back to the octagon he is doing MMA seminars across the country during March. It does not matter what level of martial arts you have, what discipline and background you come from. You will be supporting a fellow New Zealander who is a great role model for all the young kiwis out there. Most importantly you will learn the discipline and technique of MMA skills needed inside a cage and outside for self-defence.
Check it out if you have not already signed up, the dates are below:
